1.Our warranty:
Our machinery comes with a 2-4 year warranty, varying by machine.
2.Response Time:
We aim to respond to your warranty claim within 12 hours. Typically, from the time of claim initiation to the commencement of repair works, the process takes only 2 days.
3.Warranty Execution Procedure:
Minor Repairs: For minor repair issues, we will dispatch a technician to your site for on-the-spot rectification.
Major Repairs: For major issues that necessitate significant internal dismantling of the machine, we will arrange for the transportation of your equipment to our repair facility for comprehensive servicing.
1.Regular Maintenance
We offer an initial maintenance service for the first 50 hours of operation at a competitive rate. Maintenance frequency may vary by machine type, typically every 200 hours.
2.Maintenance Execution Procedure:
Our dedicated maintenance personnel will visit your site to perform the standard service, which includes:
Changing engine oil
Replacing air filters
Replacing diesel filters
Replacing oil filters
Conducting a comprehensive safety check on the machine
