What is the minimum forklift hire period?
Can I hire a forklift for a temporary project?
Our standard minimum rental period is 3 months. Short-term and project hire may be available on selected equipment, subject to availability and approval.
Can I trial a forklift before purchasing?
Try Before You Buy may be available on selected equipment, subject to approval. Hire charges, deposit and transport costs may apply, and any eligible purchase credit will be confirmed before the trial begins.
Can I purchase my rental forklift later?
Purchase options may be available subject to equipment eligibility and approval. If your operational requirements change, contact our rental team. We’ll review suitable replacement options based on availability, rental terms and transport requirements.
What happens if my equipment requirements change?
Equipment changes are not automatically included in the hire agreement. Non-fault equipment changes are subject to assessment, approval, availability and additional transport charges. Mechanical faults and quality-related issues are handled separately through our service support process.
What's included in my forklift rental?

Are delivery and collection included?
Delivery and collection are quoted separately based on the machine, location and site requirements. Selected long-term hire packages or promotions may include delivery benefits where specifically stated.

Our rental fleet may include electric forklifts, diesel forklifts, LPG forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment. Availability varies by location and rental period.
What happens if my forklift breaks down?
Contact our service team as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and arrange repair support to minimise disruption. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, an alternative machine may be considered subject to assessment and availability.
