This forklift uses an 80V lithium iron phosphate battery system developed by Hangcha and CATL, supporting rapid charging within 2 hours and providing over 10 hours of continuous operation. It is maintenance-free, ensuring continuous use across multiple shifts.

Performance

Equipped with an EPS (Electric Power Steering) system, the AC drive motor delivers excellent acceleration, climbing ability, and low heat emission, with no need for maintenance. The latest CURTIS and ZAPI control systems offer precise and stable control, while regenerative braking prevents slippage on slopes.

Comfort

Ergonomically designed with adjustable steering wheel and seat, and a shock-absorbing pedal, it minimizes operator fatigue during long shifts. The slow-speed driving function enhances control in complex environments, and its wide visibility improves operational efficiency.

Reliability

The electrical system is waterproof, with all cables and connectors well-protected. The non-contact switches have a long lifespan, and the flexible battery connections prevent disconnection issues caused by vibrations, ensuring stable, long-term operation.

Forklift speed automatically reduces when the forks are raised above 500mm, and turning speed decreases during steering. Integrated guardrails provide operator protection, while the soft-landing system slows the forks when they are 100mm from the ground, safeguarding goods.

2. Not In Stock: Takes around one month to arrive at our warehouse, plus around an additional week for delivery after final payment.

No, all our machines are ready to use upon delivery and require no assembly.

What does your Standard Service package include?

What is your warranty policy?

Normally, Our machinery comes with a 2-4 year warranty, varying by machine.

1. First-Year Warranty: Covers labor and parts. Free maintenance and repair for any defects.

2. Second-Year Warranty: Covers parts only. Free replacement parts for any defects.
