A series Mini II at a Glance
The Hangcha XA Series mini pallet stacker is a compact walk-behind stacker for lifting pallets onto racking in tight spaces. Hangcha's current brochure rates it at 1,200 kg or 1,500 kg at a 600 mm load centre, in two layouts: CDD models with standard forks and CTD models with straddle legs and forks that lower to 40 mm. The CDD models are 820 mm wide, which makes this pallet stacker easy to use in narrow aisles and small storerooms.
- Lifting: duplex masts lift up to 3,540 mm, and a single-column version lifts 1.75 m or 2.0 m. Capacity falls with height, to 600 kg at the top of the tallest mast, so check the load chart against your top beam.
- Battery: a 24V/60Ah lithium battery (17 kg) with a 3-year or 6,000-hour warranty, or a larger 24V/85Ah or 24V/100Ah pack.
- Handling: 4.2/4.5 km/h laden/unladen, 6/10% gradeability and a 1,440-1,460 mm turning radius, with a 1,970-2,020 mm aisle for 1000 by 1200 mm pallets crossways.
A permanent magnet brushless drive cuts heat, noise and energy use. The CAN bus tiller has an LCD display and a key switch, card reader or password lock, and an emergency reverse button, ramp anti-rollback and a soft landing that slows the forks near the floor are standard. It's built for smooth indoor floors, not rough yards or loaded ramps steeper than 6%. The XA Series mini stacker with energy recovery is the 48V version.
