Choosing an LPG, Petrol or Diesel Forklift
Combustion forklifts refuel in minutes rather than recharging over hours, which keeps them working across long shifts and in yards where charging infrastructure does not exist. Our range covers 1 tonne through to 48 tonne, including heavy models for timber, steel and container work.
Fuel choice affects where the machine can work. LPG runs cleaner and can be used indoors with adequate ventilation and monitoring. Diesel delivers more torque for heavy loads, gradients and rough ground, but exhaust emissions restrict it to outdoor and well ventilated areas. Factor in fuel storage and cylinder handling when you compare running costs.
