Choosing an X Series In-Container Diesel Forklift: Capacity and Height
The Hangcha X Series in-container diesel forklift is a low-profile truck for loading and unloading inside shipping containers. Every model has a 2,240 mm overhead guard and a lowered mast height of about 2,180 mm, with capacities from 5,000 to 10,000 kg at a 600 mm load centre.
- 5-7 t (CPCD50, 60, 70): 1,750 mm wide with a 2,500 mm standard lift and an optional triplex mast to 3,600 mm.
- 8.5-10 t (CPCD85, 100): 1,960 mm wide with a 2,100 mm lift.
- Engines: a Yuchai YC4A115 (85 kW, 450 Nm) as standard, with Chaochai, Isuzu and Cummins QSB4.5 or QSF3.8 engines as options.
A 2-speed powershift transmission gives 27/30 km/h laden and unladen on the 5-7 t models and 28/31 km/h on the larger trucks. Laden gradeability is 35% on the 5 t model and falls to 21% on 8.5-10 t.
