Choosing an XA Series Pallet Truck: 2 t or 3 t, Lithium or Lead-Acid
The XA Series pallet truck is a 24V stand-on pallet truck with AC drive, electric power steering and a floating suspension platform that reduces operator fatigue on long shifts. It comes in 2 t and 3 t capacities with lithium (I) or lead-acid batteries.
- CBD20 (2,000 kg): 8% laden gradeability, with a 24V/150Ah lithium or 24V/210Ah lead-acid battery as standard.
- CBD30 (3,000 kg): 6% laden gradeability, with a 24V/150Ah lithium or 24V/240Ah lead-acid battery as standard.
- Lithium or lead-acid: the lithium models weigh 560 kg against 685-715 kg for lead-acid, use a LiFePO4 battery with a 6-year or 12,000-hour warranty and offer a 230Ah option, while lead-acid batteries go up to 340Ah.
Both capacities travel at 6 km/h laden, lift 125 mm, use 1,150 mm forks and turn in 1,654-1,721 mm, needing a 2,091 mm aisle for 1000 x 1200 mm pallets. F2 models suit cold stores down to -30°C.
