HV Series Vertical Mast Lift AC

HV Series Vertical Mast Lift
Vertical mast lifts for sale: compact access indoors
A vertical mast lift raises a small platform on a telescopic mast, giving one person compact access for work at height indoors. It is narrow enough for doorways and aisles and light enough for many finished floors, which suits maintenance, retail fit-outs, stocktakes and warehouse work. DJJ Equipment sells two Hangcha vertical mast lift ranges, with working heights up to 14 m.
Our vertical mast lifts
- The HV Series Vertical Mast Lift covers working heights from 5.6 m to 14 m with 120-227 kg on the platform, in machines 760-820 mm wide.
- The HV Series Vertical Mast Lift AC reaches 11.22 m working height and adds 3 m of outreach from the platform, with 210 kg capacity on a 1 m wide machine.
The HV Series comes in three layouts: self-propelled models that can drive with the platform raised, single-mast models for one person, and push-around models with outriggers for the greatest heights. The outreach on the HV AC lets the operator work over shelving, counters or equipment without moving the base.
How to choose a mast lift
Measure the route as carefully as the height. Check doorway widths, aisle widths, lift cars and the floor's load rating against the machine's width and weight, and check overhead clearance at the work positions. Then match the working height to the task, remembering that the platform floor sits about 2 m below the quoted working height.
Decide how often the machine moves. A self-propelled model that drives at height saves time when the work is spread along an aisle, while a push-around model with outriggers suits fixed positions and the tallest reach.
Mast lift or scissor lift?
A mast lift is the smaller, lighter machine for one person and light tools. If two people or bulky materials need to go up together, a scissor lift gives you a bigger deck and up to 1,150 kg of capacity.
Licence, warranty and support
No high risk work licence is needed for a vertical mast lift, but operators still need suitable training, information and instruction. Both ranges show a 12 month or 2,000 hour warranty on the product page, and every machine we sell gets a pre-delivery inspection before it leaves us. The mast lifts here are listed for sale; ask our team about availability for a short job and about transport options to your site. Servicing, repairs and parts come from our branches in Silverwater, Meadowbrook and Bayswater, with on-site service within 50 km of each branch.
Before you choose, check:
- Working height and the platform height it means
- Doorway, aisle and lift car widths on the route
- Floor load rating and surface
- Whether the work needs reach over shelving or equipment
- How often the machine moves between positions
Tell us the working height, the route in and the work, and our team will recommend a mast lift. Call 1800 355 388 or send an enquiry.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers before you speak with the team.
How high can a vertical mast lift reach?
The two Hangcha vertical mast lifts listed by DJJ Equipment reach working heights of 11.22 m on the HV AC model and 14 m on the HV model. Platform capacity is 210 kg on the HV AC and from 120 kg to 227 kg across the HV models.
Is a mast lift or a scissor lift right for my job?
A vertical mast lift in this range carries up to 227 kg, while the scissor lifts carry up to 1,150 kg on a larger deck. If two people or bulky materials need to go up together, a scissor lift gives you the bigger deck.
Do I need a licence to operate a vertical mast lift?
No high risk work licence class covers vertical mast lifts, since only boom-type elevating work platforms with a boom length of 11 metres or more need one. Operators still need suitable training, information and instruction on the machine, and the business must manage the risk of working at height under WHS law. Check current requirements with SafeWork NSW, WorkSafe Queensland or WorkSafe WA.
Can I hire a vertical mast lift from DJJ?
The vertical mast lifts on this page are sale listings. If you need one for a fitout, stocktake or short maintenance job, ask the DJJ team about availability at your nearest branch in Sydney, Brisbane or Perth.
What warranty and servicing come with a vertical mast lift?
Both vertical mast lift listings show 12 months / 2,000 hours on the product page. After purchase, the DJJ Service Team offers scheduled servicing and repairs from workshops in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth, on 1300 646 747.
