Choosing a Mast for the A Series Man-Down Turret Truck 1.2 t
The A Series man-down turret truck is a seated very narrow aisle truck that carries 1,200 kg at a 600 mm load centre. The turret head rotates the forks through 180 degrees with a stop at 90 degrees, so pallets can be put away on either side of a 1,750 mm aisle. The choice of mast sets how high you can store and how much the truck can lift at that height.
- Duplex mast (standard, 5 m): the full 1,200 kg, with duplex masts available up to 9 m, where capacity falls to 800 kg.
- Triplex mast (optional): reaches 10 m, with 650 kg of residual capacity at the top.
- Guidance: rail or wire guidance in the aisle, with magnetic stripe guidance as an option.
A 48V/525Ah DIN-C battery is standard, up to 775Ah as an option, and rolls out from the side. A 6.5 kW AC drive motor and a 12.8 kW AC lift motor give 6/8 km/h travel and 0.30/0.40 m/s lifting laden and unladen. Regenerative braking, electric power steering, a fingertip control system and cameras for driving and pallet handling are standard.
