Choosing an A Series Stand-On Turret Truck: 1, 1.2 or 1.5 t
The A Series stand-on man-down turret truck is a very narrow aisle truck: the operator stands at ground level while the electric turret head turns the forks to either side of the aisle. It comes in 1,000, 1,200 and 1,500 kg capacities at a 550 mm load centre, all on a 48V lithium iron phosphate battery with CATL cells and a 6-year or 12,000-hour warranty.
- CSD10: the narrowest, needing a 1,550 mm aisle for 1100 x 1100 mm pallets, with a 48V/228Ah battery and 4,130 kg service weight.
- CSD12: 1,200 kg in a 1,650 mm aisle, with 228Ah as standard and 302Ah or 456Ah as options.
- CSD15: 1,500 kg in a 1,650 mm aisle, with a 302Ah battery as standard and 1,050 kg of residual capacity at 7.5 m.
Duplex masts reach 6,000 mm and optional triplex masts reach 7,500 mm, with capacity at that height falling to 800 kg (CSD10) and 1,000 kg (CSD12). Travel speed is 9 km/h, with a 5 kW AC drive motor, an 11 kW AC lift motor and electric power steering. Fork descent buffering, a side-removable battery and an interactive display are standard, and height selection, a cold store version and card or fingerprint access are optional.
