Choosing an A Series High-Level Order Picker Version
The A Series high-level order picker is a man-up truck for picking in high-bay warehouses from 5 m to 10 m. It carries 1,200 kg at a 400 mm load centre up to 3 m of lift, falling to 1,000 kg at 5 m and 400 kg at the maximum 9.5 m. Choose the version by battery and by whether you need the supplementary lift.
- H and HI: an 800 mm supplementary lift on the platform raises the pallet to a convenient picking height, with mounted forks adjustable from 252 to 772 mm apart.
- HK and HKI: no supplementary lift, with welded forks at a 540 mm spread, a full-length safety belt and 150 kg less service weight.
- Battery: H and HK use a 48V/620Ah lead-acid battery. HI and HKI use a 48V/500Ah lithium iron phosphate battery that charges fully in 2 hours, against 8-10 hours for lead-acid, with a 6-year or 12,000-hour warranty.
Every version is 1,000 mm wide, with a 1,812 mm turning radius and a 3,535 mm aisle for 1000 x 1200 mm pallets crossways; rail guidance rollers for very narrow aisles are optional. Travel reaches 10 km/h, slows as the platform rises and stops above 6 m. Masts run from 4,500 mm to 9,500 mm, with a platform height of up to 9,766 mm.
