Choosing an X Series Initial-Lift Stacker: Pedestrian or Stand-On
The Hangcha X Series pallet stacker with initial lift carries 1,200, 1,400 or 1,600 kg on its mast, and its support arms can also lift a second pallet, so it can move two pallets at once with up to 2,000 kg on initial lift. It runs on a 48V battery and comes in pedestrian and stand-on versions.
- Pedestrian (CDD12/14/16-XT1-SIL): the operator walks behind the tiller. The truck is 800 mm wide and 2,000 mm long, turns in 1,620 mm, needs a 2,267 mm aisle for 1000 x 1200 mm pallets crossways and travels at 6 km/h.
- Stand-on with fold-down platform (XT1S-SIL): travels at 9/11 km/h laden and unladen for longer runs, with a 1,619-1,655 mm turning radius with the platform up (2,054-2,089 mm down).
- Stand-on with side arms (XT1S-SISUL, 1.4 and 1.6 t): side arms around the operator, 2,525 mm long with a 2,080 mm turning radius.
The standard lift is 2,700 mm. Masts reach 4,700 mm on the 1.2 t model and 6,000 mm on the 1.4 and 1.6 t models, with duplex and full free triplex options. Laden gradeability is 8% (6% on the 1.6 t) for the pedestrian versions and 10% for the stand-on versions. For a stacker without initial lift, compare the X Series pallet stacker.
