Choosing an X Series Pallet Stacker: Pedestrian or Stand-On
The X Series pallet stacker comes in pedestrian (XT1) and stand-on (XT1S) versions from 1.2 t to 2 t, all on a 48V lithium battery with a permanent magnet synchronous drive and an 800 mm wide chassis. Choose by how far the operator travels and how high the top pallet sits.
- Pedestrian XT1 models: 6 km/h travel, a 1,550 mm turning radius and a 2,200 mm aisle for 1000 x 1200 mm pallets, suited to short runs and tight stores.
- Stand-on XT1S models: 8-9 km/h laden on a shock-absorbing platform with electronic steering, for longer runs between dock and racking.
- Lift height: the CDD12 reaches 4.7 m and the CDD14, CDD16 and CDD20 reach 6 m, where they still carry 450-700 kg.
Ratings are at a 600 mm load centre with a 2,700 mm standard lift. Travel speed drops once the forks pass 500 mm, and the LiFePO4 battery carries a 6-year or 12,000-hour warranty.
