Choosing an X Series 3-5 t Tow Tractor
The X Series 3-5 t tow tractor is a compact stand-on electric tractor developed for warehouse logistics, such as moving trailers in car plants and logistics centres. Both models run on a 48V lithium iron phosphate battery with a permanent magnet drive, and are only 800 mm wide with a 1,185 mm turning radius.
- QDD30 (3,000 kg): 600 N rated drawbar pull and 2,500 N maximum, a 2.2 kW drive motor and 9 km/h laden travel. A 600 mm wide version is available for this model only.
- QDD50 (5,000 kg): 1,000 N rated drawbar pull and 3,200 N maximum, a 3.2 kW drive motor and 8 km/h laden or 12.5 km/h unladen.
The operator stands on a floating, shock-absorbing platform with an adjustable backrest and a steering wheel that adjusts for height and angle, and the electric power steering returns to centre on its own. The standard 48V/105Ah battery (125Ah optional) lifts out from the side and carries a 6-year or 12,000-hour warranty. Coupling height is 300 mm as standard, with other heights available.
