Choosing an XA Series Pallet Stacker Model
The XA Series pallet stacker is a stand-on 24V stacker from 1.2 t to 2 t with AC drive and electric power steering, offered with a lithium battery on the I models or lead-acid. Choose by load weight, then by chassis width.
- CDD12 (1,200 kg): the quickest model, with 6 km/h laden travel, 0.11 m/s laden lift and 8% laden gradeability.
- CDD16 and CDD20 (1,600-2,000 kg): 5 km/h laden travel and 5% laden gradeability, with a larger 24V/280Ah lead-acid battery as the alternative to lithium.
- 800 mm or 900 mm chassis: the 4-pivot version is 800 mm wide for tight aisles, while the 5-pivot version is 900 mm wide with two caster wheels instead of one.
All models have a 1,610 mm turning radius and need a 2,260 mm aisle for 1000 x 1200 mm pallets, rated at a 600 mm load centre with a 2,700 mm standard lift. The lithium I models use a 24V/150Ah LiFePO4 battery with a 6-year or 12,000-hour warranty and weigh 160-175 kg less than the lead-acid versions. F2 models suit cold stores down to -30°C.
