XH Series at a Glance
The Hangcha XH Series 38-48 t is a very heavy counterbalance forklift built on a 618V lithium battery platform, for work that would usually need a large diesel forklift. Four models, CPD380, CPD400, CPD460 and CPD480, lift 38,000 to 48,000 kg at a 1,200 mm load centre, each with an anti-corrosion -A version for C5-I and C5-M environments. The 423 kWh battery charges from 20% to 100% in about 1.5 hours, so this electric forklift can run long shifts with charging at breaks.
- Lifting: 4,000 mm standard lift, with two-stage wide-view masts from 3.6 m to 7 m.
- Driving: 23-24 km/h laden and 24 km/h unladen, 20/25% gradeability laden/unladen and 230,000 N drawbar pull.
- Size: 10,470-10,480 mm long and 4,215 mm wide, with a 7,500 mm turning radius, 2,440 mm forks and a service weight of 57,000-64,500 kg.
The motors, controllers and battery are liquid cooled, the motors and electronics are rated IP67 and the body IPX4. An automatic fire extinguisher for the battery, manual service disconnect switches, high-voltage interlocks and turning deceleration are standard, and the lithium battery carries a 6-year or 12,000-hour warranty. At over 4 m wide and 57 tonnes or more, check transport, ground loading, aisle space and charging supply before you order. Loads from 28 to 35 t suit the XH Series electric forklift 28-35 t.
