Choosing an X Series Man-Up Turret Truck: Capacity and Mast
The Hangcha X Series man-up tri-lateral stacker is a very narrow aisle turret truck: the operator rides up with the forks in a cabin, and the forks reach 1,300 mm sideways and rotate to stack on either side of the aisle without the truck turning. This page uses Hangcha's North American brochure, which covers four capacities at a 600 mm (24 in) load centre, each with an 80V lead-acid battery (XC1) or a lithium iron phosphate battery (XC1-I).
- CSDS10 and CSDS12: 1,000 and 1,200 kg, a 2,130 mm turning radius and up to 10,200 mm total fork height (8,500 mm main lift plus a 1,700 mm auxiliary lift), carrying 500 kg at the top.
- CSDS14: rated at 1,361 kg (3,000 lb) in the spec table, with the same 10,200 mm height limit.
- CSDS16: rated at 1,588 kg (3,500 lb), on a longer chassis with a 620Ah battery and a 2,230 mm turning radius. It is the only model that reaches the 14.7 m maximum fork height, where it carries 650 kg.
Lithium versions use 80.5V/346Ah (1-1.2 t) or 604Ah (1.4-1.6 t) packs with a 6-year or 12,000-hour warranty, and larger 930Ah lead-acid and 906Ah lithium packs are available. Travel speed is 10.5-11.5 km/h laden and 12 km/h unladen, slowing during lifting and in corners. The operator can stand or sit, and synchronised main and auxiliary lift, central sideshift, a height display and electromagnetic brakes on all wheels are standard.
