Choosing an A Series High-Lift Order Picker: Mast and Version
This page covers the 2022 brochure for the Hangcha A Series high-lift order picker, a man-up truck for high-bay warehouses from 5 m to 10 m. It carries 1,200 kg at a 400 mm load centre up to 3 m of lift, falling to 1,000 kg at 5 m and 400 kg at the top 9.5 m mast. Choose by mast height and by whether you need the supplementary lift.
- CJD12-AC1-H: an 800 mm supplementary lift with mounted forks raises the pallet towards the picker, to an overall lift of 10,300 mm on the N9500 mast. Service weight is 3,960 kg.
- CJD12-AC1-HK: no supplementary lift, with welded forks and a full-length safety belt. Service weight is 3,810 kg.
- Mast: 14 triplex masts from 4,500 mm to 9,500 mm lift, with an order-picking height of up to 11,360 mm on the N9500. The platform floor sits 266 mm above the ground when lowered.
Both versions run a 48V/620Ah battery as standard, with a 51.52V/500Ah lithium battery optional, and a 6.4 kW drive motor with a 12.8 kW lift motor. They travel at 10 km/h laden, turn in 1,812 mm and need a 3,535 mm aisle for 1000 x 1200 mm pallets crossways. A height sensor, tilt switch, guard rails, a safety pedal and automatic slowing in corners are standard, with side rollers for guided aisles optional.
