Self-Propelled Scissor Lift at a Glance
The Hangcha mini self-propelled scissor lifts are compact battery machines for indoor work at height, small and light enough to fit in a building lift. There are two heights, each in an XEND and an HS-D version: 5.9 m working height (3.9 m platform) on the 60XEND and HS0607D, and 7.6 m working height (5.6 m platform) on the 76XEND and HS0708D. This scissor lift range carries 250 kg on the smaller models and 230 kg on the taller ones, with 113 kg on the 0.6 m extension deck.
- Size: 0.76 m wide and 1.44 m long on the 5.9 m models, or 0.81 m and 1.52 m on the 7.6 m models, weighing 900-1,480 kg.
- Driving: up to 4 km/h stowed and 0.5-0.6 km/h raised, with 30% gradeability and non-marking tyres.
- Occupants and slope: two people indoors, and the HS0607D allows one person outdoors. The maximum working slope is 1.5-2 degrees side to side and 3 degrees front to back.
A pothole protection system deploys automatically above 2 m, a manual lowering handle brings the platform down if power fails, and an explosion-proof valve stops it dropping if a hose leaks. The LCD screen shows fault codes. XEND models use a 24V/80Ah battery, and HS-D models take two 12V/100Ah lead-acid batteries or a 24V/105Ah lithium pack. These are machines for level, finished floors, not rough ground. The HS Series E-Drive scissor lift reaches working heights up to 15.7 m.
