Choosing an A Series Reach Truck: Capacity and Mast
The Hangcha A Series reach truck lifts 1,200 to 2,000 kg across five models and reaches up to 12.5 m with a full free triplex mast. Each model also comes as a cold store version (F2) rated down to -30°C, and the 1.6-2 t models can take an 80V/302Ah lithium battery instead of the standard 48V battery.
- CQD12 and CQD14: 1,200 and 1,400 kg with 528 mm reach, a 2,838 mm aisle for 1000 x 1200 mm pallets crossways and 12% laden gradeability. They are not offered with the tallest masts.
- CQD16 and CQD18: 1,600 and 1,800 kg with a 48V/500Ah battery or the lithium option, and a 2,907 mm aisle.
- CQD20: 2,000 kg with 538 mm reach, a 2,922 mm aisle and a 1,804 mm turning radius.
Capacity falls as the mast rises: at 12.5 m the 1.6, 1.8 and 2 t trucks carry 150, 350 and 550 kg, so check the mast chart for top-level racking. Travel speed is 10.2 km/h and a 3 m duplex mast is standard, with 2.7-5 m duplex and 4.3-12.5 m triplex masts as options.
