Choosing an HS Series Electric Rough Terrain Scissor Lift
The HS Series PMSM rough terrain scissor lift brings outdoor scissor work onto battery power: an 80V/210Ah lithium battery (19 kWh, CATL cells) drives a permanent magnet motor that uses 8-10% less energy than an AC asynchronous motor. Hydraulic outriggers level the machine at the push of a button.
- HS1218RP and HS1418RP: 12-14.2 m working height on a 1.74 m wide chassis with a 2.8 x 1.6 m deck, carrying 450 kg and 370 kg.
- HS1523RP and HS1823RP: 15.1-18.2 m working height on a 2.28 m wide chassis, with a 3.96 x 1.82 m deck that extends both ways and carries 680 kg, with up to 230 kg on the extension.
The motor is sealed to IP67 and withstands pressure washing, a floating axle keeps all four wheels on the ground, and an overload alarm stops lifting. The lithium battery carries a 6-year or 12,000-hour warranty, and a backup power supply allows emergency descent.
