Choosing an X Series Low-Level Order Picker: Fixed or Lifting Platform
The X Series low-level order picker carries 2,500 kg on 2,400 mm forks and runs on a 48V lithium iron phosphate battery with a permanent magnet drive. Hangcha positions it for picking large items from lower shelves, such as in large supermarkets. Choose between a fixed and a lifting operator platform.
- CJD25-XT1-LI (fixed platform): the lighter and more compact version at 880 kg, with a 2,822-2,892 mm turning radius and a 3,892 mm aisle for 800 x 1200 mm pallets lengthways.
- CJD25-XT1-LIT (lifting platform): the platform rises to 1,030 mm so the operator can reach higher locations, with a 4.2 kW lift motor and a 4,008 mm aisle.
- Battery: 48V/80Ah as standard, with 105Ah and 125Ah options and a 6-year or 12,000-hour warranty. The pack lifts out from the side for charging or changing.
Both versions travel at 9.5 km/h laden and 12.5 km/h unladen, with a side control panel and a walking mode for short moves along the aisle. Safety monitoring checks the steering wheel position and the standing pedal, and anti-rollback holds the truck on slopes.
