Choosing an XC Series Electric Cushion Tyre Model
The XC Series electric cushion tyre forklift is an indoor lithium-ion truck from Hangcha's North American range, built for smooth warehouse floors. Because it is a North American specification, capacities are rated at a 600 mm (24 in) load centre, giving 1,810-3,500 kg across seven models, all on an 80V/536Ah battery.
- CPD20 and CPD25: the most compact models at 1,070 mm wide, with a 1,740-1,750 mm turning radius, 19 km/h travel and 19-23% laden gradeability.
- CPD28, CPD30 and CPD32: 2,495-2,950 kg, 1,070-1,110 mm wide and a 1,820-2,000 mm turning radius.
- CPD35 and CPD40: the heaviest loads at 3,175-3,500 kg, 1,158 mm wide with a 2,070-2,120 mm turning radius; masts reach 6,000 mm.
Every model has an 18 kW AC drive motor and a 21 kW AC lift motor, with a 3,000 mm standard lift. The CPD20 to CPD32 can take a quad mast to 7,300 mm, but residual capacity at that height falls to 450-1,050 kg, so check the mast chart for high racking. Cornering deceleration, a load-sensing valve and smooth cushion tyres are standard, with treaded or non-marking tyres, a triplex mast and a cab as options.
