Choosing an XF Series Box Car Forklift Model
The XF Series box car forklift is an LPG cushion tyre truck with a vertical counterweight, designed for working inside tight railway box cars. All three models use a 77 kW PSI 4.3L LPG engine certified to North American EPA standards and an Okamura powershift transmission with power take-off.
- FP35CB (3,500 kg): the narrowest at 1,270 mm, with a 1,570 mm wheelbase and a 2,140 mm turning radius.
- FP45CB (4,500 kg): the same short 1,570 mm wheelbase on a 1,420 mm wide body, turning in 2,230 mm.
- FP55CB (5,500 kg): a 1,790 mm wheelbase and 1,220 mm forks, still carrying 5,000 kg at the 6 m maximum lift.
Capacities are rated at a 600 mm (24 in) load centre with a 3,000 mm standard lift, and all models share a 2,248 mm overhead guard height.
