Choosing an XC Series 6-7 t Electric Cushion Tyre Forklift
The XC Series 6-7 t electric cushion tyre forklift is the largest model in Hangcha's North American lithium cushion range, sold there as the FB60CLi and FB70CLi. Both models run on a 96V/800Ah (76.8 kWh) lithium iron phosphate battery with dual charging ports, and capacities are rated at a 600 mm (24 in) load centre.
- CPD60 (FB60CLi): 6,000 kg (13,500 lb) and 9,200 kg service weight.
- CPD70 (FB70CLi): 7,000 kg (15,500 lb) and 9,760 kg service weight, with the same 1,438 mm width and 2,580 mm turning radius.
- Masts: two-stage wide-view masts to 5,400 mm or full free lift three-stage masts to 6,200 mm, with residual capacity of 5,300 kg on the CPD60 at 6.2 m.
The drive motor is rated at 32 kW and two 23 kW lift motors power the hydraulics. Travel speed is 18.5/20.5 km/h laden and unladen, with 16% laden gradeability. Automatic deceleration while turning, SPE power selection, an operator presence system and load-sensing valves are standard, with non-marking or treaded cushion tyres and an integral sideshifter as options.
