Choosing an XH Heavy Duty Electric Forklift 4-5 t
The Hangcha XH Series heavy duty electric forklift runs on a 348V high-voltage lithium iron phosphate battery (173Ah, 60.2 kWh) with CATL cells, and lifts 4,000, 4,500 or 5,000 kg. It charges fully in about 1 hour, or 2 hours on an optional 0.5C charger, and the battery carries a 6-year or 12,000-hour warranty.
- CPD40 and CPD45: 4,000 and 4,500 kg at a 500 mm load centre, with a 2,730 mm turning radius and the best laden gradeability at 30% and 28%.
- CPD50-XHXY2G-W: 5,000 kg at a 500 mm load centre, turning in 2,770 mm.
- CPD50-XHY2G-W: 5,000 kg rated at a longer 600 mm load centre for bulky loads, with a slightly taller lowered mast.
All four travel at 24/25 km/h laden and unladen and lift at up to 480 mm/s laden. The standard lift is 3,000 mm, with triplex masts to 7,000 mm. A multi-function colour instrument, stamped steel body panels and a stainless boarding step are standard, with solid or non-marking tyres, a reversing camera, blue lights and a cold store version as options.
