Choosing Between the S35 Pro and S35 Max
The Yuchai S35 Pro is a battery-electric skid steer loader with a lithium iron phosphate battery and wheel-side drive motors, sized for narrow corridors, aisles, alleys and low-height areas. This compact skid steer has a 350 kg rated operating capacity and a 0.29 m³ bucket.
- Battery: 21.29 kWh for 6-8 hours of work, charging from 30% to 80% in 1 hour.
- Against the S35 Max: the same power, hydraulics, bucket and dimensions; the Max adds a 29.17 kWh battery for 8-9 hours, at 80 kg more weight.
- Size: 959 mm wide and 1,815 mm to the top of the cab, with a 2,410 mm hinge pin height and a 1,850 mm dump height.
Power comes from a 9 kW motor plus four 2 kW wheel-side drive motors with automatic hold, for travel at up to 10.5 km/h. The hydraulics deliver 20.5 L/min at 33.7 MPa for loading, sweeping and crushing attachments. For longer shifts on one charge, see the S35 Max skid steer.
