A series Mini at a Glance
The Hangcha XA Series mini pallet stacker with energy recovery is a compact walk-behind stacker for 1,200 kg or 1,500 kg loads at a 600 mm load centre. Its 48V system recovers energy as the forks come down, which extends runtime between charges, and gives proportional lifting and lowering. At 820 mm wide and 1,733 mm long, this pallet stacker works in narrow aisles and small storerooms.
- Lifting: duplex wide-view masts lift up to 3,540 mm. Capacity falls with height, to 600 kg at the top of the tallest mast, so check the load chart against your top beam.
- Battery: a 48V/45Ah lithium battery with a 3-year or 6,000-hour warranty on the ISH models, or a 48V pack of four blocks (35Ah or 45Ah) on the SH models.
- Handling: 4.2/4.5 km/h laden/unladen, 6/10% gradeability, a 1,460 mm turning radius and a 2,020 mm aisle for 1000 by 1200 mm pallets crossways. Forks are 1,150 mm long with a 680 mm spread.
The permanent magnet brushless motor needs no brush maintenance, and the CAN bus tiller has a display plus a key switch, card reader or password lock. Regenerative braking, a four-point chassis and height-adjustable stabiliser wheels help traction and stability on smooth floors. It isn't designed for rough yards or loaded ramps steeper than 6%. The XA Series mini pallet stacker is the 24V version, with a straddle-leg option.
