Choosing an XH Series 12-18 t Model
The XH Series 12-18 t is a heavy-duty high-voltage lithium forklift built on an electric vehicle voltage platform to replace diesel trucks in long, high-intensity work. The motor, controller and battery are all water-cooled, and the battery fast-charges from 20% to 100% in 1.3 hours.
- CPD120, CPD140 and CPD160 (XHXL2G): 12-16 t at a 600 mm load centre on a 541V/228Ah (123 kWh) battery, with a 3,100 mm wheelbase, 2,460 mm overall width and a 4,350-4,450 mm turning radius.
- CPD140 and CPD160 (XHL2G): the same capacities rated at a longer 900 mm load centre, on a 608V/302Ah (184 kWh) battery with 1,800 mm forks and a 3,750 mm wheelbase.
- CPD180 (XHXL2G): 18 t at 600 mm on the 608V battery, with 150 kN drawbar pull.
Every model keeps full capacity up to a 5 m lift, with masts to 6.5 m, where the 18 t still carries 13,500 kg. A fully suspended enclosed cab with air conditioning, wet disc brakes and automatic fire suppression for the battery pack are standard, and high-voltage components are sealed to IP67.
